In short: if Storage Bee isn't right for you, we'll give you your money back within 14 days. No hard feelings.

14-day money-back guarantee

Storage Bee is a one-time purchase of $24 (USD). If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a detailed reason.

Try before you buy

We also offer a free 14-day trial with full access to every feature, so you can make sure Storage Bee works for you before you pay. We strongly recommend trying it first.

How to request a refund

Just email cg@prpwebs.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order number (it's on the receipt) if you have it. We'll process your refund promptly.

Payments and refunds are handled by our payments partner Paddle, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider (typically a few business days).

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your Storage Bee license is no longer valid and you should stop using the paid features. You're welcome to come back and purchase again anytime.
