Storage BeeTerms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and PRP Webs ("we", "us") for the use of the Storage Bee application and the storagebee.app website. By downloading, installing, or using Storage Bee, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Your license
When you buy Storage Bee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs that you own or control. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or share your license key, and you may not attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app's licensing.
2. Free trial
Storage Bee offers a free trial period with access to paid features. When the trial ends, paid features stop working until you purchase a license. Scanning and the storage overview remain available.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by our payments partner Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. How Storage Bee handles your files
Storage Bee helps you find and remove files to free up space. When you remove items, they are moved to the macOS Trash (or, for iCloud-only files you choose to delete, removed via iCloud, where they stay recoverable in "Recently Deleted" for about 30 days). You decide what to remove, and you are responsible for reviewing your selection before deleting. We recommend keeping a backup (for example, Time Machine) of anything important.
5. No warranty
Storage Bee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to make the app safe and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or that it will meet every need.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRP Webs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Storage Bee. Because deleting files is something you control and confirm, please review your choices carefully. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Acceptable use
Use Storage Bee only for lawful purposes and only on devices you're allowed to manage. Don't use it to delete or access files you don't have the right to.
8. Updates and changes
We may release updates to improve the app. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which PRP Webs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
